i downloaded a bunch of mods the other night and they worked good at first. I shut down my game and restarted alittle later and my character was floating up toward the ceiling while in 1st person, I tried moving in different directions and the camera kept doing some strange movements. when i went into 3rd person view everything was normal. I deleted all mods checked file integrity, I even completely uninstalled skyrim from my computer and did a new reinstall and now i'm getting the same thing even on a new install... any suggestions?

and you get the same glitch on a new character ???

yes same thing happens to new characters ,, even uninstalled skyrim and same thing

Delete your skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini and restart your game. (C:\Users\[Your name]\Documents\My Games\skyrim)

have you Vsync enabled ????

have you the unofficial patches installed ????

vsync is enabled I don't have any patches in as of yet
