Hey, on my playthrough at the moment, I've got loads of stuff(power armour mainly) and am looking for a space to keep it. I need somewhere
Well lit
Fast travel straight to front door
No owned containers beds
No NPC's
Containers
Possibly shelves and stuff

This is because the lucky 38 has about 5 loading screens to get on and I absolutely hate novac, don't know why. I know in fallout 3 there where little bits of sewers and buildings you could use if you killed people(talon comp, the ghoul guy with a party hat etc) but haven't found a little place like that... Please help?

Btw I carry these weapons with me, most things I like keeping on shelves...

anti material rifle
LMG
silenced 22. Pistol
Alien gun
Power armour(2sets 1 for repairs)
Stealth suit mk 2
Combat armour for repairing above
