Player's Special Power

Wherever the next Elder Scrolls game takes place, I think Bethesda has set a precedent with the Thu'um. Now, in subsequent games, the main character will have access to a power or skill that most other NPCs don't. An ability that is relevant to the lore and plays a major role in the story. It wouldn't make sense for there to be too many Dragonborn running around at once, so I doubt our character will be able to Shout in the next game. But there are other skills they could learn to differentiate themselves from the masses. For instance, a game set in Hammerfell could feature the lost arts of the sword-singers, where the hero gradually masters the ancient techniques by some means.

What other unique skills can you all think of that might be introduced in the future? What ancient arts or innate powers would fit into the lore of each province?
