For those of you on PC, what fov do you use for playing the game in both first and third person?

I'm currently using 100 for both, yet in first person the screen still feels a little condensed in my opinion, though I'm not sure if the oversized guns might be the cause of that.

Does anyone also know the max fov we can set it at without it looking like a fishbowl?
