Wow is this awesome! Don't have a console or a PC good enough to run the newer Fallouts & heard this one was classic anyway. And it is! A game hasn't given me the feeling where you know you are playing something great rather than to just pass time in years. I think I'm being converted from The Elder Scrolls to a fallout fan now. Don't get me wrong, those are still good games but I much prefer the goofy Mad Max feel to the whole swords and sorcery thing.

Anyway, any tips? I found vault 13 and am on my way back up to finish up New Reno & NCR & anything else I haven't found. Referring back to the Wiki I feel like I'm missing a lot since I left my intelligence at 5. But I also need to spend my next perk on luck to get more criticals for the next perk. I know there is already a lot of info out there I found but most of it is infested with spoilers which makes it hard for me to read. And unfortunately my car ran out of gas in the middle of a city. I'm looking desperately for a "cheat" so I can get it back.
