Welcome to the forums, pal. This question gets tossed around every now and then, so it likely doesn't get much attention.

I agree only if it is something that actually makes a difference I can feel in the game (unlike the races in TES). That there's a difference in how NPC's react to it, how a character in a "ghoulish" condition plays out differently than a human one, how some quests are solved, how some quests are only available for ghouls (and vice versa for some other quests) and similiarly with certain perks, etc. Not just in a cosmetic "yay, I rot and have a couple of nigh meaningless attribute changes" way.

Oh, and use the "Speculation, Suggestions and ideas" thread for this kind of suggestions. A mod will eventually come and lock this down.

YES, and they would react differently, and you would be liked by ghouls more, rad resistance, ya, I like your idea. :yes:
