Playing on Legendary

Post » Mon Jul 29, 2013 3:14 pm

Has anyone played the entire game on Legendary?

I played it all on Master and have decided to go through it again on Legendary this time, but even the first fight had me a bit stressed...

I know it will get a little easier as I get better equipment but does anyone have any tips for surviving?

Same tips as on Master. Always be careful. Pick your battles to be on your terms not the enemies. Don't be afraid to run.

I loathe it. It's like the pinnacle of fake difficulty. Great and balanced if you smith weapons to do 1,000 points of damage though.

I play on Legendary, with improved (but not extreme) weapons. It's actually relatively easy with Serana at my side. I die sometimes when I'm fighting more than 2/3 people though.

Still in Helgen's Keep but i'm really enjoying the amount of patience and tact required to skillfully beat the enemies, now a new excuse to play through Skyrim again ^_^

I would prioritize health, especially if you plan on doing melee damage. Enemies that hit extra hard(dragons, bandit chief with 2h) can kill cam you quite easily if you are not topped off and in close range

Have a lot of tissues at hand. You'll be crying...a lot. :cold:

Get chaos damage, invest in destruction and enchanting, and use a Stalhrim sword. That should make Legendary pretty bearable.

ha good luck! I can't even play the game on Master, let alone Legendary... I never tried this before, but I guess Health is pretty much all I would dump points at... Smithing and Enchanting probably are a must at those levels of difficulty.

Surely you jest. Enemies are still as dum as they are on novice.
