Playing as a Non-Dovahkiin

Post » Tue Dec 20, 2011 3:42 pm

After playing my first char to 38 (mostly a Mage, but JoaT), I decided to reroll and play as a Thief/Stealth/Assassin type.
After leaving Helgen, I immediately made my way straight to Riften and started the Thieves Guild questline and other Riften quests.
I was about level 11 when I came upon a Dragon Mound that I remembered from my first char, but this time it was filled with dirt.
I realized that not once have I seen or even heard a Dragon. I have found some Words of Power, but dont have any Shouts unlocked.
I guess by not following the Main Quest line to the point where I meet the Jarl of Whiterun and complete Dragon Rising I dont unlock the Dovahkiin in me and there-by unlock the Dragon spawns.
Thinking about saving becoming Dragon-born until the very last.

Anyone else playing this way?
Its interesting.

Welcome to the forums.

Yeah I play this way after my first playthrough. I don't really care about the Dragons.

Heh, what a coincidence. I'm also doing this on my Thief/Stealth/Assassin guy. Well, maybe not Assassin(yet?), but at least the other two. It's quite fun. :celebrate:
