I always play as a sneaking, sniping character. I was very disappointed when I got to the end of the game, and my sneaking and sniping were useless. Legate and the NCR were right in my face. I couldn't snipe anyone. The game came down to being a Big Gun tooting player. And for that matter, why did the securitrons wait outside of Legate's camp? I really could've used them inside the camp!

Cmon, everyone knows there were speech options to get through the final part as well.

And there were plenty of people to snipe before getting to the Legate. Why couldn't you snope him as well, you have that option before the dialogue starts.

Also do you think someone who focus on science the whole games say "WTF? I couldn't science my way out of the final boss? What gives?"

I did snipe him-with the Anti-material weapon and a fat boy. He barely lost any health. Yeah, I did focus on Science, and I did say "WTF? i couldn't science my way out of the final boss." The game is supposed to be about options. Not making options that lead to one kind of ending. All I'm saying is that my securitrons could've helped me out

In my first playthru, I was just like that. The best thing to do is run away after conversation ends, like around the corner.

Oddly enough, I just shot him my first play through without talking to him.

I was going to kill him anyways, so why bother running up to a guy with a giant sword to announce I was going to shoot him? Plus it gave me something to do next play through.

This is exactly how I handled it. Everybody knows: shoot first, urinate on the dead body after. Well, shoot first anyway. Don't bother talking when the fight is inevitable.

I talked him into leaving my first (Yes Man) run....second run was NCR and he was the last loose end to decapitate CL's leadership (me and Boone killed Caesar and Lucious) so I took him out with two .308 JSPs from my sniper rifle. His helmet looks good on Remnant armor, I found.

I haven't gotten to the end yet, but I remember my brother using speech options to talk Caesar into leaving. HAHA...kind of funny actually, and it took him a couple of tries to get to that point, but he managed it. So the legion left, then my brother took over the wasteland with his army of securitrons.

My style fit perfectly. a drugged up, axe wielding, maniac. No finesse just smash, smash, dismember.
