Eh?

Well it should stretch to fit. But if you want to work with a custom resolution then try http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=1216.

All the info you need will be in the readme. It lets you play the game in higher resolutions, and in your case, custom resolutions. I'm not sure if this will fix your problem, but I can't see a reason why it wouldn't. Give it a try and report back if you have any other problems.

That could deduce to a resolution issue. FO1 & 2 run in 640x480. PC monitors usually downgrade their res to accomodate games like this, and then bring it back to spec after the program is closed. Not sure if your TV is rigged to behave the same way, or maybe it's just so frigging big your computer doesn't have the support :P Try that res patch and see what happens, chances are the window wont change at all, just the resolution within it, but this would be a good first step.

Not a problem :)

http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=1212.

You may also want to check out the sticky thread on this board, it has a few useful links for some very handy patches for Fallout 1/2 and Tactics. I can vouch for most of these patches/mods as I use them myself :)
