Playing with 1.01 European patch at start here since friday releaseday

Never player without the patch, it got installed at the first bootup

PAL PS3 40GB
Internet Connection inactivated in XMB
no DLC

3 playtimes a 3 hours each.

* No freezes, not a single one
* Fan never kicks up speed
* Small 1/2 second halts from time to time when exploring, tolerable
* Also have a companion with me, (ED-E)
* Haven't seen any bug so far
* Sometimes ED-E get stuck in the environment so I need to change my location for her to unstuck
(AI path problem, but same in many many games)

Also played Fallout 3 regular version with no DLC. Never a freeze there either.

My 2 cents.

Games is wonderful and exploring is pretty wicked. Always something new to see.

I also have the vanilla Fallout 3 and my PS 3 is the Slim one. I never had any freezing issue or major bugs. It only started to freeze when i installed the DLC. I guess they were the major problem with all these freeze bugs and must be the reason why GOTY edition is almost unplayable.

And now....

my first freeze ever.

Load up my save, go to a bed outdoor at an old gas station just just outside Helios One.

Freeze when i have slept finished.

Have tried it 3 times. Same Freeze

Reinstalling the game now without the 1.01 and will try again.

No Same Freeze.

Now I lost a big deal of interest in this game........

Gonna talk to my GAME stor in Sweden tomoroww about this.
