I am noticing very weird things happening in my playlist
the original is:

TIA
IA
Crash Site
Onslaught
Retal. ia
Retal. team
decim. ia
decim. team

But mine changed to this:

TIA
IA
Crash Site
Onslaught
Retal. TIA
Retal. IA
Decim. TIA
Decim. IA
DLC Assault

It changed to this twice, first time after backing out a game. When i left multiplayer it seemed normal again.
Second time i did exactly the same, and the same happened, the playlist changed again.
When my playlist changed to the last one, it also said in the right bottom corner: 'Failed to retrieve latest playlist information etc'


Is there any confirmation about more people having this issue?
And does anyone of Crytek know if there is a change to a playlist coming again?

Hmm will check after work. hopefully they are still working with the playlists and combining the maps.

Sounds that way - or oOopPsS is now the designated guinea pig for playlist changes. Or he's hacking!
