Is anyone else having trouble signing into the PSN network, i thought it was my internet connection but I think it is a PSN prob as other are complaining around the interwebz. Tough day for the I.T. guys I guess .

And I was about to watch my new favorite tv show river monsters on netflix. Oh what am I too do?

Oh wow. I am SO glad I downloaded Arcana Heart 3 and a bunch of demos yesterday instead of waiting. :sweat:

So this is some hacker group getting revenge for sony suing the guy who jail broke his PS3? The plot thickens. I guess the service is free so I can't really complain.

The updates on the article speculated that psn could be down for a days or an unknown amount of time. Network is still down for me as of 10:30 pacific time.

I dont believe they took anything down. They wanted to keep the gaming network online. They brag about who they take down. They havent mentioned anything on twitter nor their IRC. They even denied it on the IRC.

Interesting. From the sound of that kotaku.com article, the author really seemed to be pointing fingers.

But I agree w/ you. Seems like if it was them they would have claimed responsibility. BTW, what's the group's twitter address?

I've also had some problems logging into PSN, but after a few tries it eventually works.

Amazon's servers went down today as well, taking places like Foursquare and Reddit down. (I dont mean to imply they are connected actions, just odd that two major services were interrupted at nearly the same time. Amazon's appear to be back up though.)
