I think it would be awesome to play crysis 2 on the PlayStation 3 with the PlayStation move controller

If it hasn't been announced yet, it won't be in the game.

Which means that there will be no Move support.

yes that would be awesome. Anyone who's played an FPS on the Wii knows how much more superior aiming on motion controllers are over dual anolog. It's not as precise as kb+m but I still prefer it over kbm

I think it would be so appallingly awful it would cause permanent brain damage. Frankly the Move looks like some ghastly light-up six toy.

that is possibly the most incorrect statement i have ever read. aiming on the wii is about as good as killing to kill someone with air, its not going to work

use a mouse

end

Haha +1. Leave the motion controller for kids or people who don't play video games.

PlayStation move support should be optional in crysis 2 on the PlayStation 3 because aiming will be better using the PlayStation move controller then using the anologs on the dual shock 3 controller.PlayStation move is much better then the mouse because the PlayStation eye cam allows the PlayStation move controller to have true 1 to 1 motion tracking something the mouse lacks.

Its just not going to happen. If you are looking for a shooter with Sony Move support, look at SOCOM 4. ;)

PS Move won't be incorporated into a game like this. If the motion controller was to be used, it wouldn't do a good job, especially on an FPS.

I don't know exactly why I never enjoyed playing CoD:WaW on the Nintendo Wii, but it was surely a painful experience, keeping your hands in the air just to keep your rifle up.

Either way, people will be better off with simply sticking to the controller.

@Sahdev_92 did you not watch the socom 4 demo using PlayStation move to demo hardcoe gaming? You don't have to have your hands in the air because the PlayStation move has 3 types of motion sensors inside that picks up on the slightest movement of the controller well the PlayStation eye cam tracks the position of the the controller's glowing sphere making aiming with the PlayStation move comfortable & accurate.Pc gamers are just mad because console gamers got a controller that rivals the mouse & to the console gamers that don't want it & are not convinced yet then that's your choice but that don't mean others don't want the option available in their games like fps games.

I don't think I would like to play an entire FPS using PSMove but I think I'll give it a try, but aiming an moving at the same time with move maybe strange just like wii is a little bit.
Move it's made for games more fun, an less serious (just my opinion!)

SOCOM 4 has standard controller support also if you arent satisfied with the Sony Move while playing it. ;)

Yes i knew socom 4 has traditional controller support but there's plenty of PlayStation move supporters already not just developers but gamers as well & not just casual gamers either but lots of hardcoe gamers as well. The world don't revolve just around you guys & what you want because crytek has to please a mass majority of the entire PlayStation user base with crysis 2 & move has tons of support vs the small crowd of anti move supporters.

There's a Wii-mote mod for Crysis, and it didn't take too long to release.
Maybe Crytek will support PS Move cause it'll be easy to code.
I doubt it, though. The gestures would be cheesy and Crytek may not think it's worth the effort.
But, then again, Crytek love cramming their engine with tonnes of features.

They DO have a gun addon for the PS Move. But still. Can't count on it. Let's see what they'll do next.
