Please bring back my favorite creature!

You don't know how happy that would make me if that was true. I would be unstoppable.

They'll be like land dreughs. 200 years has changed the mudcrab into a killing machine of unrivaled proportions, and considering how formidable of foes they were before...

Exactly my thinkings. There would be an issue of being too powerful though.

That guy who was saying that mudcrabs were easy must have been using GameGenie or whatever console people use now. I avoid walking near rivers and coasts specifically because of mudcrabs. They tend to swarm you — ten, twenty climbing on top of each other to hack at your ankles until you fall down and they can drink from your sweet, sweet arteries. They are the saltwater crocodiles of Tamriel.

I know right. I pretty much avoided the river areas because when I was trying to observe them to understand them better they just attacked me and there was nothing I could do.

Well this cinches it for me; I am going to make a mod that restores mudcrabs to their true and terrifying strength if Bethesda nerfs them. :celebration:

Yes! This is what we need. Mudcrabs must be given their true power one way or another.

Mudcrabs were worst than cliff racers imo. They are ugly creatures that can be killed with one strike from a sword or a 6pt fire damge spell. MUDcrabs don't fit skyrim, maby snowcrabs?

Well there are different weather varieties in Skyrim so why can't there be different types of crabs in different locations?

I have been inspired:

Step 1: Spawn giant mudcrab.
Step 2: Spawn dragon.
Step 3: Claim dismembered dragon's soul.

Well you would have to hope that the mudcrab wouldn't kill you after it defeated the dragon.

That could possibly take decades... he could probably write an entire novel akin to War and Peace on the subject.

I think that guy was right when he added that I'd need to spawn a hundred other dragons. They could distract the mudcrab as I went around collecting all of the souls. I'd need to have a horse nearby, though, once the mudcrab turned its attention to me.

See, now I'm imagining Shadow of The Colossus-style battles on the tundra.
