"Please Check Network Connectivity" - Log in problem

Post » Thu Dec 31, 2009 4:33 pm

I had the same problem when running the demo. I eventually managed to get the demo running by disabling any other network connections i had in my network connections list. I now only have my Local area connection 2 enabled with my bluetooth and Local area connection disabled.

It seems like Crysis is attempting to use the first enabled connection available in the list rather than checking if a connection is available on the first enabled connection and cycling through the list of connections if not.

Hope this helps someone.

If you have multiple network cards try bridging the connection in windows, that helped me.

This is a sham of a bug, I laughed so hard when I found it in the demo.

rzrdeathadder's trick worked for me!!! i turned off "connectivity", which i used in order to have wifi on my mobile. in addition i turned off any unused connection like bluetooth etc. after doing so, my in-game login was succesful and i played a few matches. try it!

(i've got a LAN connection and a wifi&bluetooth stick plugged in)

I said this earlier, but for me, bridging my wireless connection with my LAN, and then using my wireless connection pre-dominantly fixed the problem, that being said, I do have to switch back to using my wired connection any time I wanna torrent or anything like that. I really think the issue is something to do with crysis 2 not accepting a wired connection.

This video did the trick for me, I just had to fiddle around with it for a bit. I will also note that i'm not on campus, I was having trouble with my home network :( Hope this helps.

he's talking about this. Problem is I don't have multiple network cards and I'm unable to bridge because my local net connection is shared amongst everyone else in the house, so I can't really bridge anything, nor should I for that matter. It was working fine up until yesterday.

Well, I've been having problems logging in since beta, kept getting network connectivity, so I tried the bridge thing, and it was saying I couldn't do it because I needed two connections not being used by internet connection sharing. So then I remembered that I share my connection through my 3G connection at home, so I can use my PS3, because we don't have cable there. So I went into the 3G Card Connection's setting, and turned off Internet Connection Sharing, and went back in, worked first time. So I hope this can help someone out, see you guys online.
