Please Dont Increase Max Level For Next DLC

Post » Tue Jul 26, 2011 3:46 am

i really love these DLCs and i think that they are better than any other DLCs released for oblivion or fallout 3 with the exception of shivering isles but technically that was an expansion anyways. i really wish they wouldnt have increase the max level for them because im almost maxed out on all but one of my skills and i still havent even found all the skill books yet. add 5 more levels and i definitely will be maxed out. im glad they incorporated that new perk unfortunately you have to start a new character for it............at least it didnt work for my existing character.

Logan's Loophole?

He already said that his character is too high a level.

Also OP just because you don't want more levels doesn't mean everyone else doesn't. Its already been confirmed that ALL dlcs will increase the level gap by 5. You are gonna have to live with it.

You can do whatever you want regardless of whether there is a level cap or not so I don't think you should ask for limits on other players. I've got a single character that I've run through everything who is now near the level max and I don't want to run through however many more hours of Lonesome Road being stuck with no more leveling.

I love how whiners just jump on and beg, as if the studios will all stop and say "HURR HUR OK!!" and change it on a dime..just restart, get Logans loophole, and enjoy the furious challenges in the DLC, since your health remains the same at lvl.30. glhf

why wouldnt you want more levels more of a chance to absoloutly max out your characters skills if you balance them carfully from the begining and more perks more HP personaly 50 levels would be an amazing opertunity and make it more gamer friendly i hated being level capped at 30 untill dead money which made the game better same with HH and OWB

I thought you could put skill points into skills already at 100 with OWB or the patch, or was that just a glitch a few people had?

If it is the case then dint max everything out and put them into skills you've already maxed out.

New character. Logan's Loophole. Problem solved.

It's fun how we are forced to start new characters just cause the developers [censored] up the game on purpose.

They didn't mess up the game. We're talking about DLC's, not the base game. No one is forced to get the DLC.

You have to be a highest level 30 for Logan's Loophole to work, and you can get it by talking to the auto doc about the brain surgery. The enemies in the dlc are leveled according to you so it does get balanced out. Lonesome Road needs to add the last 5 levels so at least the game will end at an even number instead of 45.

Just don't kill anything or do any quests until you find all the skill books?

Get the wiki, mark the location of every single one and don't kill a thing on your way to get them. It might not be productive but you'll do it eventually.

I don't really get the Logan's Loophole perk. I only see it good for the Stealth Suit MkII so you don't get addicted to Med-X. That's about it, I don't use chems, just stimpaks and the occasional super stimpak.
