When I press A while facing a settler assigned to a store in my settlement, half the time it only opens the trade dialog instead of bartering, and will not open the bartering dialog no matter how many times I walk away and try to reengage interaction.

Hopefully this can be worked out in the next installation. Not the end of the world, but quite annoying based on how often it happens.
