I get it. You don't want us to have a full settlement here but for the price you pay it would be nice if you could actually use the space you are given. The fact that you cannot lay carpet or furniture on the concrete floor, I regard as a bug. There are worse things than bugs like intentionally giving us the ability to create furniture but not allowing us to place it would be worse. Please fix this.

That's unusual, I've not had any trouble with home plate, it seems to be one of the more stable areas in the game for me. I'm playing on ps4 atm but in time will shift to pc. I guess I can look forward to this problem if not fixed by then.
