I know it was supposed to be slighty fixed in the new update but after downloading way before i got to this point i still am stuck on not having the guild armor and the fence just saying over and over i need to to continue so cant complete quest line. Please update it

What new update? Oblivion hasn't been updated in years outside the UOP...
