It is so strange i played with everything normal then sudenly the pip-boy are to big for the screen but everything else is still normal and when i clik on the right mouse button it zooms in and out but not as far out to see the hole pip-boy.

Is it more controls for zooming the pip-boy screen?

You can hold down the right mouse button and drag to look at the pip boy. But it should work to just zoom out and in with the right mouse button.

What is your screen resolution?

You may delete Fallout4.ini and Fallout4prefs.ini. You can also delete the custom ini.
