I just bought Fallout New Vegas for PS3 today
I haven't take off its plastic wrappings, so I guess i could still refund it for full price.

I have played FO3 before, and I was too frustrated with its bugs, freezes, and crashes on the PC version.
Nevertheless, I am a huge Fallout fan, so I decided to buy the game anyway

Anyway, just to be safe, i checked this forum before unwrapping the box, and discovered that New Vegas is just as broken as FO3. So, with all due respect to other fellow fallout fans, I am wondering if I should open it or return it to Best Buy.

I really don't want to be frustrated over a broken game that I really anticipated.
So, what should I do?
1). Play it anyway
2). Return it
3). Don't open it and wait for a patch that actually works
4). Change to PC version because it is claimed to perform better

I would always play a game like fallout on PC over PS3 anyway but my PC isn't that great or I get uncomfortable sitting in front on a screen playing games.


But to answer your question: If you don't mind freeezing and bugs that seem to stop you from actually progressing along the main story line, by all means open that badboy and play. I don't regret buying it or opening it, I just hate the fact I'm going to have to wait an unknown amount of time to get these bugs addressed.
