Play the game on the first day then record what ever you want on the other days the reason I say that is i'd be addicted/hooked I wouldn't even be bothering to put it on YouTube

Also to keep your friend legally safe I would recommend you don't say he's shop or who he is

Edit: I think if someone gives a game away too early (excluding places like amazon which ship early so you'll get it on the release) they might break a contract with Bethesda which could result in a fine or even imprisonment

Probably not. The mods here might not be official representatives of Bethesda but it's their job to enforce Beth's polices on this site. You can believe what they say regarding said policies.
