I have three quests that require me to speak with Desdemona right now. I killed the courser and got the chip and gave it to Tom and Desdemona in the Molecular Level quest. I also cleared the hostiles at University Point and have to report back to Desdemona in the Randolph Safehouse 1 quest. Also I eliminated the Gen 1s and have to report back to Desdemona in the quest Memory Interrupted.

However, whenever I speak to Desdemona, the only thing she says is to give Tom time to decode the chip. I've done all the other missions except for the repeating missions and can progress no further. Please help - love the game but being stuck like this svcks!
