Please include M'aiq the Liar.

It would be nice to see a return of M'aiq the Liar in Skyrim, speeding about with his level 5 billion athletics.

I'ld be surprised if he was! The game takes place 200 YEARS after Oblivion! But if it was his descendant, that would be very entertaining.

Ahh yes, I forgot it was 200 years after! The descendant idea does sound neat though. Unless of course, our friend M'aiq the Liar has discovered the secret to eternal life.

But remember, Maiq was in Morrowind as well, which is set 200 years before Oblivion. so perhaps he has discovered the secret to eternal life

If oblivion is set 200 years after morrowind, then why does UESP state that it is only about 6 years >_>...

But also, if I am wrong, then Maiq could possibly be in Skyrim, but if I'm not, and my above statement is correct then possibly Maiq could be a necromancer/ a spirit/ etc...

or possibly Maiq already was a necromancer, etc...

Because Oblivion takes place about six years after Morrowind.
Skyrim though, takes place about two hundred years after Oblivion.

Anyway, as I say on every thread about this, for a fun reason why M'aiq is in Skyrim, look at my signature :)

Maybe people should realize that it is a game and he is an easter egg character they can include him in the game if they want without having to justify it to the masses of nerds using lore :P

He will be there, or someone like him, it's kind a tradition thing, someone in-game make fun about things that forum members complained in TES games... :)

Ohhh, and I'm still waiting for my fishy stick :(

M'aiq the Liar should definitely be in. No need to even change the name. There were 7 Uriel Septims, no reason there can't be multiple M'aiq the Liars.

I think that sig might be a reference to the Dragon break, where linear time is broken.

but it is pretty funny!

M'aiq was in Morrowind, then Oblivion and it seems he's a way for the Devs to say things and give us hints it would be great to see him again.

Also he does say something really hinting at Skyrim

""I have seen dragons. Perhaps you will see a dragon. I won't say where I saw one. Perhaps I did not.""

Anyways M'aiq would be very interesting as an Easter Egg... Maybe he will be in a cave.. and when you talk to him he will say" Please, Give M'aiq Warm Coat. I will reward you with a Fishy Stick." Cause we all know how M'aiq likes fishy sticks.... He never gave me one

Likewise on being un-surprised. IF he is, maybe you can finally get him some fishy sticks and his fur cap that he's been looking for.

If its a descendant, maybe he'll be wearing the cap and spouting his great grandfathers wisdom while eating a fishy stick.
