I live in Australia, and probably the main reason I still buy physical copies of games is because our Internet access is typically slow and expensive here. Mine certainly is.
So I got a particularly rude shock when I started installing Fallout 4 today and found that only ~5GB of the game's ~24GB total data is actually included on the disc that came with my physical copy. Instead of getting to play the game today, I'm faced with at least a thirteen hour wait while the rest of the game downloads. I'm just glad that the game's Steam data is already on my ISP's local servers so that it counts as unmetered; if it wasn't, I wouldn't have enough left of my monthly data limit to download the game.
It's obviously too late for Fallout 4, but to Bethesda/Zenimax/whoever is responsible; please don't do this again. I'm pretty unhappy about this; I was really looking forward to playing Fallout 4 today.
