I wish there was a difficulty mode in Fallout that was more like the one in Deus Ex. If you play on the hardest difficulty the game becomes more realistic and bullets really hurt both for you and the enemies. I started playing Fallout NV on very hard but changed back to normal when i found out that the only difference is that the enemies take 200% more in damage before dying. It just feels wrong to unload a whole clip in someones face and he does not die. I actually believed this was what hardcoe mode was all about, not just eating and sleeping. Please do something about this in Fallout 4. I know there is a mod out there that tweak this a bit, but i often rather play the vanilla version on my first playthrough.
