Explore Ebrocca..

easily the biggest and best dungeon in the game imo.

I haven't played in Shivering Isles in a very long time, so I don't remember it. What do you think makes it so great?

Ebrocca isn't the biggest dungeon in Oblivion.

I've never explored it fully, but it's different from the usual dungeons and has an interesting story.

I agree the dungeon has a good story to it and the layout is awesome...one of my most favorite places.

Don't have SI yet, Rockmilk Cave in normal Oblivion is good and obviously Sundercliff Watch is awesome for the Mehrunes Razor plugin.

apart from sundercliff watch and Cann (another SI dungeon) it is certainly one of the biggest..and more worthwhile than the cut/paste jobs of cyrodils dungeons. And it has its own backstory.

If you want a better experience turn the brightness down on your TV so you need a torch to see.. it'll make it more awesome.
