In the General Atomics Puzzle, the first room asks the player to punish Timmy. I tried grenading him, slapping him, punching him, knifing him, cleaning out the room, then turned the radio off.

Nothing worked. Now, whenever I go somewhere with a speaker, I'm reminded to go back to punish Timmy.

I double checked the internet, and it appears that the solution was to turn off the radio. I went back to an old save, didn't abuse Timmy, and just turned off the radio. It did not work.

Apparently, this is a problem everywhere except on the consoles, according to Reddit, meaning that this is a PC only bug.

*** Side note: I found it amazing how many Youtube videos showed people going straight to the butt whooping for Timmy instead of the radio. Apparently, deep down inside, everyone thinks that little Timmy really deserves a beating.
