i dont know why they would get rid of this!!!! it actually allows me to have a chance to take out all the enemies i see from a far, and its not dominate either, it takes up energy and you still have to pace your shots when using automatic weapons. so please put it back its a great feature in my opinion!

He means the suit power you could access by aiming down sights and holding down sprint button, steadying weapon and draining alot of energy.

i tested this out by shooting at a wall and it seemed to make no diffrence. thats probably why it was taken out it didnt woirk.

Correct. I also tested it on snipers and it made no difference.
