The only way this game is going to get fixed is if we make it hurt the developers, the best way to do this is to report the game so it's removed from the stores.
Come on everyone stand up and fight!

Nah.
It's a freewae game and nobody is forcing you to play it. While it may be a shame tho leave the game in the current state ('cause it has much more potential), there's nothng to report; it's a game and works as intended.
There's no malware, ransomware inapropiate content, EULA violation or whatever. At most you can give it a 1Star rating, but probably a report will be ignored:
"I report this game because I don't like it and want it to be taken out of the AppStore".
Yeah, nice try.
Don't like the game the way it is? Don't play it.
I've been playing Bethesda's games for a long time, and if there's anything I've noticed it's that they are extremely tight lipped about what they're doing, even when working on patches. Their silence doesn't mean they don't know or care about the problems. They could be working on it now, and probably are. But they aren't going to tell us squat until they're ready to, no matter how many demands and threats people make.
A little reassurance for the community would be nice, but unfortunately, that's just not how they do things around here.
You can report it under fraud prevention, if you buy an ingame purchase and the game looses your save game then they have in theory stolen it from you. As it's a known problem then they should not allow the purchase on ingame items.
I don't get your point?
I know you want to stick up for gamesas I get that, but these guys are activly conning people out of money.
You can't charge for something and then not provide it due to your own falt.
Here have a free coffee cup, you'll have to pay for the coffee to put in in, oh there is also a hole in the cup which we forgot to tell you about......
This is very true. In fact I would report the charge to your credit card company as fraudulent so the charge is removed and a backcharge is performed.
Actually, I mentioned this in another thread and event sent in an email to Beth about this. On teh Android version. If you read the tips at the bottom of the screen. There is one about being able to send mr handy into the wasteland for caps AND items. Clearly mr handy does not get items if you have used him in game. So this is false product advertisemant and could possibly be grounds for refunds on those purchases. But I am no lawyer.
You are correct, but then no one said your purchases will be lost as the game has a game stopping bug in it
Also it did not say you need to back up your save game after every purchase as the game will crash and loose your save.
I can't really understand how you can think this kind of action is acceptable because the game is free to download.
So you are staying it's fine for a company to give you a free bank account and you pay your wage into it, they then have a know problem with their system so your balance changes to zero. All your money is now theirs,
An extreme example I know but still the same philosophy.
@Phyber instead of blindly defending the right of a company to steal you should take a step back and have a think.
I'm not trying to blindly defend anything.
You don't like the game? That doesn't mean the whole world feels the same as you.
And it certainly doesn't give you the right to remove the game from the store just because you don't feel its fair.
If you want a refund, just ask for it. I'm sure they'll refund you back.
Why don't YOU step back and "have a think".
Let's say you SUCCEED in getting the game pulled from the store.
What then? Will you feel happier? Will you have made the world a better place to live in?
Nope. You'll just piss people off for getting the game pulled.
The game does not work as intended for everyone. I can't even open the game at all, it crashes before I can even pick a vault.
If the game got pulled or was at risk, maybe Bethesda would actually start trying to troubleshoot things for a change rather than their usual approach of ignoring major bugs in their products.
When those with Android phones/tablets were waiting for the Android version, "get the apple version" would have been a rude response to the frustration at having to wait. Suggesting someone get the Android version isn't helpful.
Problem is... you demand Beth to address all issues when the problem may not be theirs, but yours instead. Same as with most PC games nowadays. Not EVERY phone an tablet is able to play all games available on the AppStore.
- Beth has to make the game compatible with your SoC GPU?
No.. YOU must have a GPU compatible with the game. That 3D Blaster Banshee of yours will NOT run Witcher 3 no matter how much you demand CD Projekt RED to "fix the game".
- Beth has to make the game compatible with your
No, be either MIUI or any other kind of optimization can change the way something required for the game to work, and it's not Beth's fault. They don't have to make the game compatible with "Shangri-Laschind's AndroidUI v2.765Hyper Mega Turbo CTDI injection edition", and fix "the game" once v2.766 Ultra Hyper Mega v8 is released because a couple instructions that control how graphics are displayed were changed. Same may happen when using ANY fork from "stock Android" like FireOS (Amazon Tablets). The more diverted a fork or an UI is from "stock android", the more chances to change something that FoShelter requires.
-Beth has to make the game compatible to all available SoCs in the market?
No, they may make the game compatible with a wide range of SoC's, but they cannot control the instruction set of every single SoC available in the market, and make workarounds if a particular soC or GPU laks a needed instruction. A chinese mobile phone may use a cheap SoC that lacks some needed features to cut costs, or even the latest "nVidia Tigro" or "Qualcomm SnapPhoenix" change the way instructions are sent to the internal GPU, something that FoShelter may not like.

Game "works as intended" for many people and many devices, but may not (and WILL not) work on all of them. Maybe it's you who should start troubleshooting things on your side, and think why your phone/tablet has issues running the game when many other, similar devices with similar specs run it correctly.
There are [censored] that will immediately 5-Star rate their beloved game manufacturer, and on the other side there are people who will immediately 1-Star everything that doesn't work for them... because (of course) their device is market leading, and all apps and games should be specifically coded to work on it.
Question here is... it worked earlier?.
If it did and if the app has not been updated (I think it hasn't, I believe we all are playing with 1.1.320), then something changed in your device that made the app unable to load anymore.
A possible solution might be to delete and reinstall the app, but it could also be a patch, an OTA update (I got one yesterday on my phone), or maybe even a third party app like one of those mobile antivirus or antimalware scanners, that might mess with the app loading
Report the game?! i don't know about you but this game is epic! i love the gameplay and the graphics are nice for a playstore game.
Look bethesda just released this game, yes it has a few bugs and need of improvement... but hey Bethesda is doing their best they an and we are still whining! have a little patiene... please... i bet bethesda is not drinking a cocktail right now on the beach. i bet they got their hands full of work. i'd rather have one big update to fix allot of bugs than 100 small updates for each bug... you tell me.
Fallout shelter advertisemant for fallout 4? no not even close... the game doesn't even look like it... yes it promotes the fallout series but i bet you are a fallout fan and i don't understand why you are not happy about this game. if you don't like it.... don't play it
I totally agree with Yorien. I also will add that I bet the reason 50% of the lost save games or crashes come from players using a hack, cheat, modified save game, jailbroken phone or similar. I have this game installed on 3 totally different mobile devices and it runs fine. Not perfectly, but fine enough to play and enjoy. I also back up my Vault.sav files daily in case something goes horribly wrong.
You can SEND him, just like you can SEND explorers. Doesn't mean he'll pick up anything but stupid caps.
Honestly, I think they changed that for game balance, and just forgot to update the loading screen tip. Honest mistake, not an attempt at ripping people off.
I'm on an iphone. It's a model and iOS within the range they specified would play the game so none of that is the issue with why the game stopped working on my phone. If I have a specific phone and an OS that they say is supported, then yes I should be able to expect it to work. It doesn't work though, despite me not having downloaded any new apps on my phone or changed my settings. There are a bunch of people in the support section who are having the same problem with their iphones despite the phones being completely in the range of what is supported. When I contacted Bethesda about it, they started by sending me the same copy and paste message twice which didn't address what I said either time. The third message actually addressed what I had to say but basically told me that there wasn't anything they could do right now and they couldn't confirm if Bethesda was even looking into the issue that is clearly effecting a lot of people. I have tried troubleshooting, so far nothing has helped. So no, it does not work as advertised at all for me and plenty of other people.
Naaaahhhh I won't be reporting it. I love this game and it's free, so what have they done wrong? So many games out there force you to like the game on FB, or invite friends to get further in the game, or buy addons so you can complete quests... and while you have to pay for extra lunchboxes, you still get them in the game and you can get on without them.
