I know they didn’t exist in this universe but I was so happy when I discovered that Gillette Stadium and Foxborogh, or at least where their locations would have been, are deep within the glowing sea. Yet another reason The Fallout universe is better than ours. J

I think there's a stash of deflated footballs somewhere in the glowing sea.

Lol. I think the enemy was so scared of the Patriots that they nuked them first. It's funny how much the Red Sox and Fenway are revered in this game in comparison. But Fallout is based on a parallel world of the fifties, where most probably baseball is king and football is not as popular. I am from Boston and I love the fact that Fenway is so central to the story. Also, I haven't noticed alot of Football equipment in Fallout but they do seem obsessed with baseball...am I right?

As much as the Patriots have won with their dynasty in the 2000s, and once more in the 2010s...they are still the 2nd fiddle team in New England. Boston (and surrounding areas) is a baseball town. Always has been, always will be. It's not like Pittsburgh or Green Bay where football is life, or Philadelphia or Chicago where all 4 sports are pretty much equal (with football de facto #1 because it's the NFL).

10 years ago, I would not have taken the joy as I do now exploring the destroyed commonwealth. Their fans were more tolerable back then.

That would be the most boring ghoul ever. Probably would sound the same, look not that much different, and would have the same personal distaste for other human life.

I was hoping for the return of the Ice Gangs in Fallout 4.

I remember Phil Esposito, Johnny Bucyk, Wayne Cashman and of course Bobby Orr. Hockey WAS huge, I miss those days!
