I've been seeing a lot of people around the internet writing in blogs and forums saying how they have some insider within Bethesda leaking them info about Skyrim and it just happens to start leaking once the trailer comes out. Well first of all, it was pretty obvious that the plot of the game has something to do with Akavir invading Tamriel again. I mean if you know any lore about ES, Akavir was the homeland of the Dragons, who were thought to be extinct. Also the line in the trailer "Their defeat was merely a delay." obviously alludes to the fact that the Akaviri forces were defeated by the armies of Tamriel. Now this is moving into the realm of pure speculation but I think the Dragon-tiger god will have a big hand in Skyrim. (No not Akatosh) Also I want to fight the serpent people and see some monkey people!

I don't think the plot will be that obvious. But if it is an Akaviri invasion then you'll be seeing the Ka Po'Tun, monkey people as Tosh Raka the tiger dragon is their king.

But anyway you should have posted that in a speculation/theory thread, as there are already many.

well, there was a WHOLE lot of npc talk and lore text about akaviri, even in morrowind, and i think that bethesda have just been waiting for a window of opportunity to implement the akaviri races into a TES game.
why not TES V?
