I have skyrim on PC and it looks like when i downloaded it the voice of guards,jarls and everyone else is missing... no wonder when i started a new game Ralof was obly looking at me, nothing else. The game didnt even start.I tried to verify integrity cache it says smthing is missing and will be reaquired but it isnt been reaquired, so i cant play skyrim. PLS HELP!!!

Have you tried uninstalling Skyrim completely and downloading it again? You're obviously missing at least some of the voice files so that might be the only way to fix it.
