Okay, I don't have many mods installed, and to my knowledge none that would add weapon types not normally found...

I was in the Homestead Motel in Point Lookout and I saw an axe propped against a wall (I think it was, at least, going off memory). Instead of it being a weapon placed there it was a USABLE object that ADDS a Fireman's Axe to my inventory.

Now, two things caught my attention coming from this-

First, it claims to, in addition to regular damage, cause an EFFECT of HP -35 (which sounds absurdly powerful, more than doubling the maximum damage capacity of the standard Axe I found)- this lead me to:

the Second, I looked it up on the FO3 wiki because I was surprised I hadn't heard such a powerful weapon mentioned before, and to my surprise-

It's not listed in the wiki. At all. I couldn't even find this weapon by searching google.

Did the unofficial fallout patch add this or something!?
