Hey guys, 2nd thread today, sorry for spamming your forum but I really wanned to know this. When I started Oblivion I had in mind to play Marksman - Poison type of char, but when I created my first poison it got applied only on 1 arrow, so tell me, 1 vial of poison is usable only for 1 arrow - 1 sword swing? If thats really true then I am sad already..

Yeah, I'm led to believe that's so. I'm not much of a poison user myself, though, so someone else might have more helpful information.

As mentioned above one poison per strike.

However, perhaps oddly, you poison the bow not the arrow. That means you can apply the poison then switch arrow types and still use the poison. It follows the bow not the arrow.

I would not be sad. Poisons can be very powerful. You might only need one per strike. And they stack. So poison strike, then poison strike, could get you twice the effect.

Yes it is only one vial per strike/shot. But there are some madly powerful poisone, some are like. fire+shocl+paralyze+silence. and when you are fighting minators, or in the arena, these are AMAZING to use

You might want to check out this "Poison Arrows" mod. I haven't used it myself, but it sounds like what you were hoping for, and me too.
