Bi-polar weather

Whenever I enter a new cell, the weather changes. Sunny to cloudy, storming to overcast, whatever. It's kind of annoying and pretty immersion breaking. Also, whenever it rains, the rain only lasts a few seconds before stopping.

Not sure if it's my load order or what:

Natural Weather has such bug. You can find 'fixed' plugin at TESNexus or somewhere else. And, do not use Natrual Weather and Natural Weather HDR together.

And why would you even think about using two three (!!!!!) weather mods at the same time? Most likely your problem is that All Natural and Natural Weather are fighting with each other over who gets to control the weather.

You REALLY need to read up on compatibility rules, particularly the Rule of One, as well as the readmes for your mods. You currently have three mods editing the same thing, and that's all sorts of bad.

Turn off all the Natural Weather plugins. Natural Weather has been integrated into All Natural anyway so they're completely worthless to you.

EDIT: Looking at your Load Order, you need BOSS. Better Cities is way too high up in your Load Order right now.

I de-activated the Natural Environments mod, and used BOSS. Now it looks like the darker nights mod, as well as drop lit torches aren't working anymore. Confusion.

Sorry if this is annoying, but I installed all of the mods several months ago, only just having got back into the game. So if I ever did know what I was doing, I've forgotten.

Remove these (since one is for Natural Environments anyways). All Natural comes with an ini file that makes it fully customizable, including Night Luminance, which lets you set how dark or light you'd like your nights.

Also, according to the ReadMe, you should only use ONE of the Drop Lit Torches esp's, not all of them.

Woah. Yeah it looked like you just dropped everything in each file into your load order. Not a good move at all, many mods have various optional versions of the same files.

The problem with your Drop lit torches:

bnmDLTIC-1-6.esp
nmDLTIC-1-6.esp
bDLTIC-1-6.esp
DLTIC-1-6.esp

You should only have one of these. According to the description/readme they represent these versions:
DLTIC-1-6.esp (standard version)
bDLTIC-1-6.esp (Brighter standard version)
nmDLTIC-1-6.esp (No messages version)
bnmDLTIC-1-6.esp (Brighter no messages version.)

But better yet, especially for max compatibility with weather mods (All Natural may need it) get this version instead:

Which version?
Best to use the list which includes the versions numbers, to do this:
From Wrye Bash: In the "Mods" tab
Right Click on the "File" header,
and select "List Mods...",
Right Click on the list and select "Select All".
then copy and paste all of that here.

Anyway you should have the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27710

UOP Vampire Aging & Face Fix.esp

Delete this, and uses the Bashed Patch tweak instead (near the end of the "Tweak Settings" section.)

Oblivion Citadel Door Fix.esp

Not required with latest versions of the UOP, Delete.

Better Cities .esp_darker_nights.esp
_darker_nights_for_nat_env.esp

As said;
Remove the '"_for_nat_env" version, as you don't have Natural Environments anymore.
And probably remove the other one as well and just use the .ini options in All Natural.

Living Economy.esp
Living Economy - Items.esp

I know this comes packaged with OOO or whatever, but Remove and replace with http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25078 (the greatly updated of the Living Economy.)

fadingtorches v1.3b.esp

The readmes aren't that clear, but this seems to be yet another Drop lit torches mod. Might conflict with the other one above as well, not sure.

No psychic guards v1.2.esp
No psychic guards harder v1.2.esp

It looks like you should only have one of these as well.

EDIT: To clarify Vargr's comment on DLT and All Natural, there is no requirement, but you might as well use Drop Lit Torches OBSE since that's pretty much the most advanced and customizable version there is, besides perhaps ROM DLT.

Oh, and fadingtorches v1.3b.esp is another DLT mod, so get rid of that.

Honestly, this is the biggest smorgasbord of errors I've seen in a long time, you don't just need to read the ReadMes, you need to read the stickies on this forum too...

I thought I had read the Read Mes. Like I said, it's been a long time, so I really had no idea where to start anyway. I appreciate the help, I'll clean it up tonight.

Edit: I did everything that Vargr suggested, apart from the Vampire tweak, since I could find that in the tweak settings. DLT works now, but even with changing the .ini for All Natural, the nights aren't dark enough. And the weather is still changing.

I got the latest version of OBSE and I'm now reinstalling All Natural to see if it helps.

Tweak Settings > UOP Vampire Aging and Face Fix. If you don't see it then perhaps you need to upgrade Wrye Bash.

For the weather issue, you'll have to wait a few days (best to do this in an interior cell) for the scripts to run and settle properly. It will eventually even out. Do you have the latest version?

For the darker nights, if you've set the ini value to 1 and it's still not dark enough, then there's probably another issue. Obviously it's hard to tell and advise if we can't see it or know what you're expecting. Have you checked your brightness slider in Options?

Posting another cleaned up LO might help.

Throw out "Cutthroat Merchants.esp", Enhanced Economy completely overrides it so that it has no effect, regardless of load order.

Instead of "Compass-Disable_QuestMarkers.esp", consider using my http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=26389 mod. Disabling quest marker from compass is just a tiny fragment of what it does (all configurable in the ini file), but you should find most of its features very useful. :)
