Or better, that she was killed by Maxson and you get info to prove the fact, and can throw him under the bus and cause a skizim and fight for who takes over for him.

People fail to realize the Brotherhood has always been the way they are now. Elder Lyons tried to change the BoS but failed. The Brotherhood was almost destroyed in the battle against the Enclave because Elder Lyons was weak. Maxon returned the BoS to how they should have stayed. The BoS has always been "Pro Human" to the highest extent.
Maybe I should create another poll about what do you want BOS to been or should act
The best question to ask would be what chapter of the BoS we like the best.
Or the Man/Woman Out of Time. I like that one more. Makes the SS feel unique.
Synths are not some lifeform that are endangered and must be cherished, they're manufactured and built. They were designed and they are being mass produced like a car.
They're an abomination. A cheap replica of humanity.
Wonder what happen to the members of Pro-Lyon Faction, 3 dog, vault dweller in Capital Wasteland, and other characters in FO3 that deem abomination in the Capital Wasteland? Do current faction kill them or sent to prison camps? Or what?
I imagine the Good Karma Lone Wanderer was Elder after Sarah Lyons but was replaced after a few years by the Lost Hills and Maxson working together.
Maybe because they were friends with a Super Mutant.
I feel like the same things are getting repeated over and over in the BoS related threads now... The Brotherhood of Steel in Fallout 4 does have a positive effect on the people of the Commonwealth. They systematically and efficiently eliminate the threats that slaughter the settlers. They are good guys. They're just not a charity, like the Lyons' Chapter, in which Lyons prioritized the well-being of wastelanders over the well-being of the very people he was in charge of. Maxson cares for his own men first, as he should.
Bethesda should made it that Vault Dwellwer of CommonWealth could influence the direction of the faction more. Option to Convice the faction not to kill synths or corridate a sit down with faction.
No. Why?
If I convinced the Brotherhood to spare all synths and save them, they'd be the Railroad in power armor.
Also, good luck convincing the Railroad to destroy synths.
Makes 0 sense.
It kinda felt like they could not be dissuaded in any way. As the protagonist you had the option to just go along with it or walk away. Could have been a more interactive experience if you ask me. But the same thing could be said about the whole of Fallout 4 if you ask me.
Yeah, but if you could change everything with your Charisma then it wouldn't really be hard to fix the problems of the Wasteland.
Just stating that the exact opposite wouldn't be fun either isn't much of a statement is it? No it wouldn't be fun if you could charisma your way through everything but I never said I would prefer that now did I?
I'd just appreciate it if the story was more interactive. It just seems to me that the protagonist doesn't really affect the story much. he's (or she's) just kinda there.
The protagonist single-handedly decides who lords over the Commonwealth
Well it most certainly doesn't feel like it. Yeah of course the faction you side with wins, but that's just because you hung at out their place when the final battle erupts, not because of anything you did.
Nuking eveyrone involved is a new definition of hanging out.
