I felt right downloading it. Its a good DLC. You get level cap raised. Helpful "perks" when you swap out organs. But the new stuff isn't as exciting, well, it might seem exciting to get them at first, but then you find out there isn't enough new stuff that is actually useful. Oh, and there is NO new Power Armor or PA Perk. But yeah, its worth buying.

I didn't download the other DLC's because they didn't look worth it, but this one looks like it will be worth it. Is it a large DLC ? medium ? small DLC ?....

It's not necessarily large. The map is not bigger then Honest Heart's map, but it just a circle. I'd say the whole DLC is medium sized. The whole main quest is quite short and there are some side quests. It took me about 8 hours to do the main quest, all side quests, and explore. I'd I took about 2 hours total exploring, as in not doing any quests or going to a specific area, just killing and looting. The DLC, I'd say, is medium sized, definately not small though.

I think all the DLCs are worth it. If nothing else but for the story. They all tie together parts of the whole experience. Not to mention the weapons, armor and perks that go with them. A lot of the people that complain are just in it for the shoot'em up, and the DLCs don't stand up to their ToD playstyle. This is an RPG, and if you look at it that way, the DLCs are worth every penny.

My favorite among the dlc's for FONV thus far and maybe close to Point Lookout from FO3....just my humble opinion.

Well if nothing else it was hilarious, I was literally laughing out loud through a good part of it. The player housing you get in the sink is awesome to, and there are a few new toys to play around with, even if there's not that many. Overall to me it was definitely worth the ten bucks it cost to buy it.

That's odd. When the title was "Poll on OWB" I expected there to be a poll on OWB...

They are all worth the money. DM ls better than OWB IMO, but I think OWB has got the best reception on this fourm overall.

Pros intense combat vs high hp/dt enemies, and there are a lot of them. Combat is like fo3 on steroids. Exploration is pretty good. I got a good feeling while "mindlessly exploring" There are a few lol moments. You can use the place as the greatest house ever, if you wish.

Cons- The story is ok, but not spaced well. There is a ton of talking at the begining, then you will interact with no living thing (well besides killing them.) till the end.

My fo nv ratings are

DM-9.0
OWB-8.5
HH-7.5

Main Game 7.0

If you are any kind of fan of the series all are easily worth the money.

OWB ties in nicely with Dead Money and answers some questions which relate to the place(DM) and the people.

I think you should get all DLC, after all, they are part of the story. Theres always new weapons and clothing, some you'll like, some you wont, You cant have everything. OWB was good but not as good as DM, as for HH, very disappointed. Thats just how i feel.

I think it is the best of the NV DLCs. There is a nice mix of humor and exploration with some tense combat :fallout: Be sure to take lots of stims and food
