Skyrim has the old gen graphics, doesn't require that much of the cpu, and has controller support.
What would the chances be for this game to get an android port? Cause that would be amazing!
It doesnt use that much space either.

still many people were struggling to run it on their system ask console guys and you want this for android devices and nvidia shield.. lol game will murder both the devices it might be old but still is demanding game.
I have a hard time wrapping my head around the idea of Skyrim being considered old. It's only been 3 years since release. I guess some people have different standards of what is "old" than others. In another 10 years or so I'll consider it old, but not now.
Why?
It already exists on different platforms, and some of them have had their share of problems and struggles, and heck they might still have them.
Besides hopefully bethesda is doing something better with their time, like patching the originals, making new stuff and heck it's been 3 years they're probably working on some new project by now. At least I hope they are.
Look at halflife 2 and portal. Mostly runs at 45-60 fps on the shield tablet since the shield tablet has K1 which equals to even better graphics than the old gen consoles.. And skyrim isn't really that demanding if you adjust the cpu intense graphics right.
Can we get a sticky that is titled "Skyrim is done. Nothing more will EVER be done with it from now until the end of time."?
I realize people's passion for the game and their desires for it to keep on getting better, but the amount of "Skyrim should..." posts gets annoying after awhile. Bethesda has moved on from this installation of The Elder Scrolls
i thought you can stream from your computer to the shield.
if you want mobil skyrim, i think something with an 2014 intel atom may work.
Bethesda is DONE with Skyrim, they said that long ago. Unless some crazy modder decides to do this, we're not getting any Skyrim ports. And keep in mind that Skyrim only ran on last-gen because of optimization, if you build a PC with the same hardware as a PS3 I'm pretty sure it'd crash when trying to run Skyrim.
