I guess my question is to the developers. Is Brink a console port to PC?

It's being developed on all platforms at the same time.
They even did a beta on the PS3 alone to fix issues they had there only.

Nope, they've stated that they're developing the game on all three platforms - So don't expect a port, and be [censored] dissapointed if it is :P

Thanks for the fast reply. Well that's good news I'm kinda tired of all the console ports out there. This game to looks have promise I might have to pre-order when it gets closer to release.

Yeah man, ports hurt us PC gamers. Grab it on Steam, man. I pre-ordered on Steam on Christmas Eve haha.

Worst port I ever played was the original Mass Effect lol that was a FAYUHL. I'm pretty sure the XBOX 360 icon still appeared when the game was loading hahaha.
