Ports

Do we know what ports this game will be using yet? I'm talking just for gameplay, not patching/the launcher/etc. For example, battle.net games use 1119 and 3724 for play. Basically, I set up QoS rules on my router (which is a custom Linux machine) to prioritize ports for online games, so if someone decides to say, start Bittorrent or a bunch of Steam downloads, I don't get lag in games.

I suppose I could poke around and figure out with netstat what ports are being used while the game is active, but that is a tedious process and tends to give a lot more ports than are actually being used for gameplay. I don't want to prioritize ports that are used by the launcher or the downloader obviously. It would be nice if there was some official documentation on this.

Interesting question. I don't think anyone has the answer as of yet. And, we don't know if the ports used for the Beta will be the same for the game once launched.

So, you will probably have to use Netstat or Wireshark to determine what ports are being used once the game launches.
