Is it possible in an interior cell, to have a random item picked from a list appear somewhere?

i.e. random books on shelves (picked from books that are all same width), random items in cabinets, random clothes on shelves, random "carpets"/paintings on walls and so on.

I mean you can do it with creatures and NPCs, so would it also be possible to do with items?
