possibility that all dlc's are done

Post » Fri Oct 29, 2010 1:01 am

I have an inclining that all of the dlc's may be done or at least pretty far along in the development cycle based off Chris Avellone's recommendation letters for the employees that Obsidian unfortunately had to let go heres a link http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Ausir/Layoffs_at_Obsidian notice how he says dlc's and based off several of these peoples positions it looks like they may be complete or damn near.

yeah, Old World Blues is almost certainly 99% complete, and looks like Lonesome Road may be too. Liked this quote:

"he moment you step into the DLC in question, you'll see everything she brought to life in one huge vista shot, and to this day, I feel it's one of the most amazing shots I've seen in a Fallout title to date."

sigh. All these devs should get together and form their own software company, and then get Bethesda to commission them to start work on Fallout 4. Thanks everyone, we appreciate your hard work (even if we're your biggest critics too)

It's sad they had to let these guys go they've done a hell of a job hopefully things at Obsidian pick back up and they can come back, its pretty common for a dev team to lose people after a projects done so it wasn't realky a surprise to see them lose some people but it's always a shame when you lose people that are damn good at their job. Hopefully we'll see these guys back on fallout 4.

I don't think they are 'done' themselves, but I do think they already have written the stories and started work on them.
