Possible Appearance of Adoring Fan? : V

During the quest the "Mind of Madness" in Solitude, you meet with Sheogorath, which is in fact the Champion of Cyrodiil. He is a master to a Bosmer named Dervenin, who is old, and half-mad. Like the Adoring Fan from Oblivion, he is loyal to the former Champion of Cyrodiil, a Bosmer, and in peasant's clothing. I am curious to whether it is possible this character could be the immortalized Adoring Fan. Do you think this possibly could be the Adoring Fan from Oblivion? :shrug:

Nope, he isn't the adoring fan. He was in Shivering Isles as the High Priest of Sheogorath.
