Something seemed deliberate about the stat entry in the E3 presentation. If you take the numbers you get 2 3 2 7 3 1 10. if you ignore luck you can get a bible reference 23:27-31.

There's different character stats used during the X-Box demonstration, different than the stats used in the Bethesda demonstration.

Yeah but those were obvious references. Could it have been a reference to the Bible? Sure but something tell me it was just for purposes of the E3 gameplay like show the new critical hit system.

It's just numbers. While you can assume it's chapter 23, verse 27-31, there's no indication which book of the bible. There are quite a lot of books in there last time I looked, and I guess quite a lot whose chapter numbers go as far as 27 and beyond. Even if it's a bible reference, it could be anything.

You'd have a religious extremist group going around the Wasteland checking the penors of every passersby. With a speech check of 85 you could convince them to circumcise you for a permanent -1 to "Endurance." Without the speech check they attack or enslave you.
