I have picked up the Silencer Attachment for the Handguns and for the Feline multiple times and it won't save for me to use in other missions. Anyone having issues with Weapon Attachments in Single Player?

I have had this same issue, about mid game I can no longer use the pistol or feline silencer and it remains locked when I go to replay a chapter unlike all the other attachments.
