I now have this one pregnant dweller that's been pregnant for over 48 hours now and during that time, 6 other female dwellers have gotten pregnant and given birth. I have tried putting her in the residential section of the vault with plenty of supplies (water, food, electricity) and still nothing. I tried having her do what likes to (working the water reclamation area) and still no birthing (meanwhile other women working the cafeteria, power generator have given birth).

The only think I can see is that she's at 97% happiness (I guess, something happened during her pregnancy that caused her to drop from 100% at the time of conception) and now she doesn't want to get back to 100%. Maybe she's not too happy with being pregnant for more than 48 hours when a baby is generally due out between 3-4 hours after conception.

There is only one thing left to do, abortion by Wasteland Standards. Give her a weapon and wish her the best.

Don't think I haven't tried that cause I had.

The game responds with:

"You can't send this Dweller to the Wasteland right now."
