Possible DLC spots and unused land. PLZ READ

First, unused land.

I am a huge explorer and have tried getting over the mountains to the west somehow. Well I recently got lvl 20, took the explorer perk, well, there is no locations west of jacobstown (exept nightstalker cave) and the fort is BASICALLY as far east as you can go. You can go far south, and even a good bit of the north is blocked by mountains. Try looking yourself if you don't believe me.

Second, DLC spots.

If you have ever been deep south and even past nipton there is a railroad station like the one where u enter the pitt in F3. U can't go nin but they might do it for DLC. Also, at tyhe mohajve outpost therre is a gate that requeires a key. You might get this key in future DLC and enable the lands passed it, idk. There is also a pool of water in a crater to the very north west with wreckage preventing you from going further. If you examine the map there is still more land passed that barrier, so maybe another spot, or gate, to DLC?

Take this into consideration when you think about the map size and unused territory.

As a moderator said last night, "Have you ever been to vegas?"

I, personally, haven't... But the moderator said it's huge open land just like in New Vegas here.

Rather have DLC's that take place outside the map.
Why?
Example: Because it would make no sense for Dogtown to be this close to Vegas.

I have found an actual location on the very edge of the map, I forgot what it's called but it's a bunch of debree basically hindering you from going further (becuase the map ends there) but what's so special about it is that there's sentences written on some plywood boards. I don't remember exactly but some were like: "Don't go any further courier"

Seems like something to me but I haven't figured it out yet, I'm going to check on the wikia to be sure.

Was this in the far north western part of the map? And how do u get past the mohave outpost because it requeires a key. If there is no key, it most likely is DLC location. But I guess we will find out
