Possible to edit nanosuit 2 voice?

I know in crysis 1 it was easy to go into the game's files and mess around with sound files but it's damn near impossible in crysis 2, at least it seems like it. I'd like to edit the nanosuit 2 voice but no programs can open the PAK files in this game. I don't know if it's to prevent hacking or what but is there any way to get in there and edit some stuff?
